We used this “F” assembly as an operating theatre for the first part of our tour. Our predecessors had put up a fly sheet of sorts to try and insulate it from the sun and an old aircraft blower circulated hot air. It was incrediby hot and very dusty. Working in that environment was bad both for the patients and the doctors.
