Soon after the FST that is in the core of this website descended from their Andover into the dust and humid heat of RAF Salalah the Commander of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (CSAF) issued a directive to the Commander Dhofar.

It was his assessment of the current situation and his instructions for the way forward. The document was classified as TOP SECRET at the time and had a limited circulation. The circulation list is placed at the bottom of this page.
